I offer individual counselling sessions by phone or secure video, designed to meet you where you are—emotionally, mentally, and geographically. My approach is grounded in evidence-based and holistic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and mindfulness-based practices. Sessions are tailored to your unique needs, drawing on your strengths and lived experience. I practice from a client-centered, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive framework, with a strong commitment to feminist principles. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, life transitions, or simply seeking deeper self-understanding, our work together is rooted in respect, empowerment, and collaboration.
